Mutton Liver Fry
Mutton Liver - 1 lb
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Pepper Powder - 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Onion - 1/2 finely chopped
Oil - 3 spoons
Step A
Cut Liver into small pieces and wash with running water(Peel of the skin if incase there is a small layer of skin above the liver).Add turmeric while washing.
Step B
Pour Oil in Pan and fry Onion.Once Onion is fryed put ginger garlic paste and fry the same.Then put red chilli powder along with turmeric powder and salt.Add liver to the same along with pepper powder.Pour 1/4 glass of water and close the lid.Liver Fry will be ready in 5 minutes.

where do we get mutton liver in U.S.? does it have anyother name? i searched everywher, i cudn't find it?
In US, I buy mutton liver in a halal shop. Halal shops(Pakisthani or Afganisthani stores usually have mutton and mutton liver.
